Currently, we only provide shipping Nationwide.
Once you order on our website www.flawlesscoatboutique.com, we will ship to wherever you are in India.
The Delivery Process
- Once your order has been processed in our system, your products are thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in perfect condition.
- We carry out rounds of quality check, and after passing the final round, they are packed and handed over to a representative of our delivery partner.
- The package is then delivered to you by our delivery partners at the earliest possibility. However, if there are not able to reach you at a suitable time, you will be contacted to resolve the issue.
- International shipping - Flawless Coat Boutique does not deliver internationally, but plans are in the works for international deliveries.
Items are packaged in boxes and then covered in a plastic layer. A bubble wrap is used in wrapping individual products and an additional bubble wrap used for fragile items like bottles. The quality of our packaging is top-notch.

Order received was damaged
We don’t joke with our packaging, because we want to ensure the products reach you just the way you saw it on our website. However, as a result of situations we can’t control, items may be damaged in transit. We would take a look and replace or cancel the order under such circumstances. Our return policy mandates customers to report the delivery of damaged items with 24 hours of its receipt. Incorrect items received
If it happens that the item you received is not the same as the one you ordered, we will ship you the right item you want once the incorrect one has been received. Please email us the detail of the incorrect items once you have received it at email@example.com.
