We hope you don’t find any reason to return a product, but if you ever have to, we are there to help you all the way.

Order received was damaged

We don’t joke with our packaging, because we want to ensure the products reach you just the way you saw it on our website. However, as a result of situations we can’t control, items may be damaged in transit. We would take a look and replace or cancel the order under such circumstances. Our return policy mandates customers to report the delivery of damaged items with 24 hours of its receipt. Please send an email which contains the details of your order to

Incorrect items received

If it happens that the item you received is not the same as the one you ordered, we will ship you the right item you want once the incorrect one has been received. Please email us the detail of the incorrect items once you have received it at


Return Policy

Once the customer decides to return certain items or the entire order, here is the process to follow:

Notify us about returns within 24 hours of receiving the order. If there are any delays, this might lead to the cancellation of the whole process. Ensure you mail the details of the package (which includes photographs of the faulty/wrong items received, invoice, and the product package as received).

Once we have confirmed that the items can be exchanged or delivered, you will have to courier those to us (if you have received a wrong time) as well. Once we have received the items, the products will be shipped and the money spent on the courier will be refunded to

  • Pre-order items dispatch within 1 month time , orders may take longer than this due to Covid.
  • Custom made products will take 2-3 weeks of making time. 
  • No cancellations/refunds will be allowed in any of the orders placed for any Pre order and custom made products.
  • If the pre-order items and custom made items get delayed the customer can opt for a credit voucher for future purchases within 12 months of issuance with Flawless Coat Boutique.


While we ensure your items are ship out accordingly, some situations might come up in which we may have to cancel an order. You will be informed about this cancellation within 48 -72 hours after your order has been received. Some of the situations that may make cancellation necessary include (but are not limited to):

1. If we no longer have the product or its temporarily out of stock.
2. Product information, or pricing error or inaccuracies.
3. Inaccurate or insufficient address.
4. Locations that are non-serviceable.


In some cases, there may be a need for additional verification or information before any order is accepted. If your order is canceled or if we need more additional information to process your order, we will contact you. If your order is canceled after your payment has been done, the charged amount will be refunded to you as soon as possible.

Cancellations by the Customer

If you placed a cancellation and we received a cancellation notice within 24 hours of placing the order and we haven’t processed the order within the expected time, we will be glad to offer a refund for the order. However, if the order has been processed and shipped out by us, we will not be able to cancel it.
